Email UsOpen the app and go to Settings (gear icon). Tap “Manage Family” and then “Invite Member”. This uses Apple’s standard iCloud sharing — your family member will receive an invitation they can accept from their device.
All your data is stored in your family’s private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit service. We have no server and never see your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Jarvis requires an Anthropic API key. Go to Settings → Jarvis and enter your API key. You can get a key from console.anthropic.com. Jarvis is entirely optional — the app works perfectly without it.
Go to the Calendar tab and tap the calendar icon in the top right. Select which of your Apple Calendars you want to mirror into the family view. Only you control which calendars are visible to your family.
Yes. Family Hub works offline and will sync your changes when you reconnect to the internet. An orange banner appears at the top of the screen when you’re offline.
You can delete individual items (lists, events, messages) within the app. To remove all Family Hub data from iCloud, go to your device’s Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Family Hub.
Make sure both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account (or the family member has accepted the share invitation), have an internet connection, and have iCloud Drive enabled. Try pulling down to refresh, or close and reopen the app.
